RETURN POLICY

*The Following Return Policy only applies to Online Purchase made thought zilboutique.com. Please Contact the Store for In-Store Return Policy Information *

Hey, so we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Here's what to do if you're not:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days (In Puerto Rico) & 10 days (In US) of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Zil boutique hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Accessories, underwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.

Please follow the instruction on the return included in your package and return your items within 7 days (in Puerto Rico) 10 days (in US) of the order date to the address below. Include the original invoice when sending the item back. We do not provide return shipping; all items being shipped back are the buyer’s expense.

*We only give this amount of time since we work with very few pieces and this is to avoid when another client requests the piece to have it available as soon as possible.*

For Exchange, because is an online order you need to return the merchandise and do all the return process and make a new order of the correct size or merchandise.

  • RETURN FORM must be filled out completely. We do not refund any shipping charges for items being sent back. Only cost of the product is refunded.
  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria are non-returnable, will be denied and sent it back. Items with makeup & deodorant stains, cigarette smell, pet hair will be rejected or may be subject to a dry-cleaning fee.
  • For returns your are responsible forThe original & return shipping charges, Duties and taxes *We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed*
  • After receiving and checked the item we make the refund of the cost of the item in the same way you make the purchase, at the credit card or Paypal account automatically. The refund you can see reflected in your account or credit card in 3 to 5 business days, for more than a week please contact us at 787.946.8599 from 10am to 6pm EST.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the time you receive the package.
  • All criteria explained above also applies to international orders.
 Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING

Please allow up to 3-5 (1 WEEK)  business days for the refund to appear on your account after we recipe your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued. Any orders sent back that fulfill the above criteria but are past the 10 day period will be returned to sender, you will be responsible for any shipping charges to have the items sent back. Any returns accepted past the 7 days maybe subject to a 20% restocking fee and only store credit can be issued.  No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 10 day mark. There will be no exceptions made.

Start Return Process

In order to process your return it is necessary to complete these steps: 

  1. Start your return by clicking HERE (Find your order using the order number and your email)
        1. Select the item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
        2. Choose a return for online store credit or for a refund. Please note, will require a handling & processing (Shipping) fee of $7.86, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.  
        3. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.  (No cost in International returns, Return item(s) via an insured Mail Service of your choice. We recommend Shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed).
  2. Fill out the Return Form that was sent to you in your order.
    1. Pack the item(s) with the Receipt and Return Form.
    2. Drop off at your nearest USPS Location.
