We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the shipping information below prior to placing your order.   • What if my country is not listed?
    If you have a verified PayPal account, we can ship your order to your PayPal shipping address. Please email the following information to Sales@zilboutique.com

    • Your complete and accurate shipping address
    • Your phone number
    • Your PayPal email address
    • The names and sizes of the products you would like to order

  • Can I expedite my international order?

We now offer International Express Shipping at checkout! Express orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Easter Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Please note the day your order is packed and shipped is not counted as a day in transit. Processing time may be delayed due to payment verification. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

  • How do I track my package?

International orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier.

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email (if applicable). You may copy and paste your tracking number into the USPS website to find any tracking information available for your package.

Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

  • What happens if I refuse the package?

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:

  • Original and return shipping charges
  • Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

  • How do international returns work?
  1. Complete the Return form sent it in your package. 
  2. Pack the return form, the order recipe & the merchandise.
  3. Send the package at: Zil boutique, 278 Ave.Cesar L. Gonzalez San Juan, PR 00918
  4.  Go to Zilboutique.com/Returns fill the contact us and inform us your return, number of order, number or name of style that you want to return & the tracking number ( this will gave you in the postal office) .
  5. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.

Please postmark your package within 30 days of the date your order was placed. 

International returns are responsible for return shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.  If Zil boutique return labels are used outside of the United States they will incur additional charges that will be the responsibility of the sender.

Zil boutique.com is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Standard Shipping

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. By placing an order at Zil boutique, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable customs import fee and the cost of return shipping back to Zil boutique. This also applies to any shipment that are refused by you at delivery.

 

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

Understand we are just Zil boutique Fashion Clothing Store Company, we are not part of any Mail Services in this case USPS (United States Postal Services).

 Ones we deliver the package at USPS we are have no control of it. They just provide a tracking number (Shipping Evidence) to see the trajectory shipping. The customers automatically receive this number by email ones we deliver the package to the Mail Services. To obtain this number you can check your email, sign in to Zil boutique customer account or contact us by the “live Chat” or phone at 787.946.8599 (Mon to Sat from 10am to 6pm EST).

PACKAGE TAKES LONGER TO ARRIVE 

We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, and for us is important as well because our goal it is that our customers trust us when buying online. 

But sometimes the mails services (USPS) take longer than indicated in the 'expected delivery date' to deliver customers packages for some reason or another. In this case we are not responsible for that because Zil boutique company are not part of USPS.

We indicate in the shipping options a 'expected delivery time' that providing us USPS. Zil boutique & USPS do not Guarantee any delivery time, that why always is 'expected delivery time'.

INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE TAKES LONGER TO ARRIVE

In the case of international shipping USPS does not include time that the package remain in customs. It is therefore very likely that the package take a little longer to arrive than approximate date. Since customs of each country is different USPS can not measure approximately this time. Only measures how long the package reaches the country of delivery.

Please note that Customs can take weeks or open packages to approve the entry of the country. In some cases they may return the package without notice. Customs must not obliged to do this process in a given time or divulge info to shipping companies. 

Zil boutique, USPS or shipping company of your country, have no control over the time customs hold the package.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Usually this happens with wrong addresses.* Zil boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers * When this happens, this is the process:

  • USPS returns to the package at Zil boutique. Returned packages do not return with the same priority shipping. The package could take days or weeks to reach Zil boutique. (USPS does not provide delivery date of the return package)

The options in this situation are:

  • Wait for the return package arrived at Zil boutique to re-send the order to the correct address. (Shipping charges would reapply, it all depends what indicate USPS)
  • Make a new order of the piece with the right direction and when the package returned is received at Zil boutique, we make the refund of the first order returned.
  • If the client wants to cancel the order, it becomes the refund as soon as the returned package is received at Zil boutique. (Delivery charges are not Refunded, USPS does not return money for shipping.)

  

LOST PACKAGES 

 Once you don’t receive your package with the expected delivery time or appears ‘Lost or Alert’ in the USPS page when you track your package, please follow this steps!

  1. Verify your tracking number to see the information of your package on USPS
  2. Inform us about the situation
  3. We verify by contacting USPS customer service.  We open a claim with USPS and we send by email all the information of the claim to the customer, so that the client can also access to see the updates of the claim.
  1. USPS verifies & investigates the claim.  They investigate were is the package to try to re-send it to the right direction or they do a refund to us (the sender) by the amount of the piece(s) in the package. (Understands we do not know or control the amount of days USPS takes to investigate, verify and refund the money).
  1. Once USPS makes us the refund we proceed to make the refund to the client.(We make the refund to the client the same payment method on the order, the refund can be seen reflected within 3 to 5 working days, spending 7 business days and not see it reflected please contact us by email info@zilboutique.com or by phone 787.946.8599 Mon to Sat by 10am to 6pm EST)
* If them find that the package arrive to the right direction; if they find the package and re-send it to the right destination or return it to the sender; they close the claim*
We understand that in such a situation like this wants a refund without having to wait. We must follow the USPS protocol because on occasion they find the packages, and then no one would answer to Zil boutique if we have made a refund, and to make sure of that we have to wait for USPS to they make the protocol.
